If the application fails to load, the reason could be:

  • An unsupported or outdated browser and/or operating system.
    We support the current versions of major browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Edge) on current versions of major operating systems (Linux, OSX, Windows).
    Support for mobile platforms (iOS, Android) is considered experimental.
  • JavaScript and or cookies/local storage are disabled in your browser. Please enable!
  • Your internet connection is slow and/or unreliable. Please find a more reliable internet connection.

If none of the above applies please contact [code]expert Support via mail to expert[at]inf.ethz.ch and explain the issue as precisely as possible. Please include:

  • Operating system name and version
  • Browser name and version
  • The url you wanted to open
